Welcome to MSUVIDHA (accessible via msuvidha.com and related applications). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform. By visiting, browsing, or booking services through MSUVIDHA, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of the Platform (Intermediary Status)

MSUVIDHA operates strictly as a digital technology aggregator and intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. MSUVIDHA is not a medical clinic, hospital, diagnostic laboratory, or ambulance owner. We do not provide clinical medical advice, direct treatment, prescriptions, or emergency transport operations ourselves.

2. Medical Emergency Disclaimer

The platform is intended for scheduled outpatient consultations, elective home sample collections, and non-critical medical navigation. In case of life-threatening emergencies, patients must immediately contact emergency government services (such as 112/108) or proceed to the nearest casualty/trauma center.

3. Appointments and Clinic Tokens

Appointment slots and tokens generated through MSUVIDHA indicate prioritized OPD registration times provided by partner clinics. Actual consultation start times may vary depending on clinic emergencies, doctor availability, and local clinic workflows.

4. Partner Responsibilities & Professional Independence

All doctors, diagnostic laboratories, and ambulance drivers listed on the platform operate independently. They are solely responsible for maintaining valid statutory licenses, medical council registrations, diagnostic accuracy, and compliance with clinical standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSUVIDHA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential clinical outcomes, medical negligence by listed practitioners, laboratory reporting discrepancies, or ambulance transit delays.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nalanda / Patna, Bihar, India.
